We are proud and excited to bring you this new program as part of the new APPNA-MI Academic Physician Engagement initiative. The Chairperson heading this program will come from a pool of our talented Pakistani Attending Physicians in employed academic faculty positions, including and not limited to Associate Clinical Professors, Associate Program Directors, Clinical Deans, Program Directors, and the Chairpersons of clinical departments who head Fellowship Programs. Considering long-term prospects and forecasts, this new initiative shall provide mentorship and guidance to our new generation of medical students and medical residents on navigating the complexities of the hospital clinical landscape to achieve altruistic contentment. This program will also recruit medical residents to join and actively participate in monthly Journal Club meetings supervised by a faculty attending physician. The program is also poised to provide opportunities to earn AMA-approved Category-1 CME credits at the time of our Annual APPNA-MI 2024 Gala Event.
