APPNA-Michigan Chapter 2024 Free Medical Clinic for Patients without Health Insurance

On behalf of the APPNA-Michigan Chapter, The Physician Leadership Team 2024 will conduct and provide FREE MEDICAL SCREENING EVALUATIONS for individuals without health insurance in need of Primary Healthcare Screening Services including, but not limited to Blood Pressure checks, targeted Physical Exams, ECG, basic blood work, and if needed, referrals to appropriate Medical/Surgical specialties. This event is FREE to the general public, everyone is welcome.
